QC Counseling Services, PLLC (QCCS) offers structured residential programs designed to support young adults who need a stable, supportive living environment while working toward greater independence, stability, and overall well-being. These programs are intended for young adults who may be navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, limited natural supports, or barriers to maintaining safe and consistent housing.
Our residential programs emphasize a balance of structure, support, and skill development. Young adults are provided with a safe and respectful living environment while receiving guidance that promotes personal responsibility, emotional growth, and practical life skills. Services are individualized based on each participant’s needs, goals, and level of support required.
Programming may include access to mental health services, case management support, and skill-building activities focused on daily living, emotional regulation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving. Participants are supported in developing routines, setting goals, and strengthening coping strategies that contribute to long-term stability and independence.
The residential environment is trauma-informed and designed to promote dignity, accountability, and empowerment. Staff provide consistent guidance and oversight while encouraging residents to actively participate in their own growth and progress. Collaboration with community resources, family members, and external providers may be incorporated when appropriate to support continuity of care and successful transitions.
QCCS residential programs are not one-size-fits-all. Length of stay, level of structure, and supportive services are determined based on individual needs and progress.
The overarching goal is to help young adults build the skills, confidence, and stability necessary to transition successfully into more independent living situations and sustained community integration.
