SERVICES FOR PROVIDERS AND STUDENTS

QC Counseling Services, PLLC (QCCS) is committed to supporting the professional growth, development, and success of mental health providers and students at various stages of their careers. Our offerings are designed to be flexible, high-quality, and aligned with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and real-world clinical practice.

Clinical Supervision for Provisional Clinicians

QCCS provides clinical supervision for provisional and associate-level clinicians, including provisional LCSWs. Supervision is grounded in ethical practice, skill development, and professional accountability. We recognize that each clinician’s work setting, experience level, and learning style is different; therefore, supervision plans are customized to fit individual schedules, caseloads, and professional goals.

Supervision may focus on case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethical decision-making, boundary management, and integration of evidence-based interventions. Our goal is to support clinicians in developing confidence, clinical competence, and readiness for independent practice while meeting all applicable licensure and board requirements.

Customized Supervision Plans

Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, QCCS develops tailored supervision plans that align with the clinician’s work environment, supervision hour requirements, and learning needs. This approach ensures supervision is both practical and meaningful, supporting growth while remaining compliant with regulatory standards.

CONTINUING EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Through our continuing education platform, ClinicianCredits.com, QCCS offers professional trainings and continuing education opportunities for mental health providers and students. These offerings are designed to strengthen clinical knowledge, enhance practical skills, and support ongoing professional development.

Trainings may include evidence-based practices, clinical skill-building, diagnostic considerations, ethical topics, documentation standards, and emerging areas of practice. Educational content is developed with a focus on relevance, clarity, and application to real clinical work.

Support for Lifelong Learning

Whether you are a student preparing for clinical practice, a provisional clinician working toward licensure, or an experienced provider seeking to expand your skills, QCCS and ClinicianCredits.com are designed to support lifelong learning and professional excellence. Our approach emphasizes competence, confidence, and ethical practice across all stages of a clinician’s career.
