QC Counseling Services, PLLC (QCCS) partners with organizations, agencies, and community-based programs to provide tailored mental health services, group interventions, and crisis-focused trainings designed to support staff well-being, preparedness, and organizational resilience. We recognize that workplaces and organizations face unique stressors, and our services are customized to align with each organization’s structure, population served, and operational needs.
Customized Group Services
We offer clinician-led, tailored group services for organizations seeking on-site or virtual mental health support for their staff or the individuals they serve. Groups may focus on stress management, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, team communication, trauma exposure, grief, or other identified needs. Group content, format, and duration are developed collaboratively to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and appropriateness for the organization.
Mental Health & Wellness Trainings
QCCS provides evidence-informed trainings designed to increase mental health awareness, skill-building, and confidence among staff. Trainings may include topics such as recognizing signs of emotional distress, supporting individuals in crisis, maintaining professional boundaries, managing workplace stress, and promoting psychological safety within teams. Content is adapted for leadership teams, direct-care staff, educators, or support personnel as needed.
Crisis Response & De-Escalation Training
We offer structured crisis response and de-escalation trainings to help staff respond effectively and safely during high-stress or crisis situations. These trainings emphasize practical strategies, clear communication, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure, while remaining trauma-informed and aligned with ethical standards.
Trauma-Informed Organizational Support
QCCS assists organizations in strengthening trauma-informed practices across their teams. This may include consultation, training, or group-based support to help staff understand the impact of trauma, reduce secondary traumatic stress, and implement supportive approaches that promote both staff wellness and service quality.
Flexible Delivery & Collaboration
Services may be delivered in person or virtually and can be offered as one-time trainings, short-term group series, or ongoing support arrangements. We collaborate closely with organizational leadership to assess needs, define goals, and ensure services are aligned with policies, risk considerations, and the populations served.
Through these partnerships, QCCS supports organizations in fostering healthier work environments, increasing staff confidence and preparedness, and promoting sustainable, compassionate care within their teams and communities.
